Vintage Sprague Electronics Capacitor Thermometer Ohio Jumbo Dial USA Made NOS
I suspect this is from the 1980's. We were Sprague distributors and had one of these outside our door for 40 years. I got this one out of storage where it has been forever. It has never been out of the box until today and it looks pretty much perfect. I'm pretty sure it is the only one I have. The box has absorbed some moisture over the years and there is some very slight rust on the back, but not visible when displayed. The lens is clear and the aluminum band around it is excellent.
Compared to my indoor/outdoor thermometer it seems to read about 2 degrees low. The enclosed sheet says it is supposed to be within 2 degrees. I also found a couple NOS Sprague cork coasters so I'll include them as well. I've given you several to choose from. International: I have had no complaints and no lost packages.
